Moosejaw created this augumented reality app to show customers what the models are wearing underneath their clothing. I was told by a friend that companies do this so customers can get a better idea of how the jacket or pants will fit them. So, basically they will use this app and think — damn it that won’t fit me because I don’t have a six pack.
I do appreciate the technology, and think this is actually really clever. I’m also thinking I would like to make my own app that shows you what an image looked like before it was photoshopped. How handy would that be?!
